A £50 deposit secures your slot
A £50 booking deposit is taken for all appointments and is deducted from the cost of your appointment on the day.

48 hours’ notice to change or cancel
We need 48 working hours’ notice to change an appointment, or 48 hours’ notice to cancel one, for your deposit to be protected.

We are a private clinic
Faciem Dermatology & Medical Clinic provides private services, which are not covered by the NHS. We can liaise with your NHS GP by letter if you would like us to.
Full details of deposits, cancellations, payment and complaints are in our terms and conditions. In an emergency, please contact your GP or attend A&E.

How do I book an appointment?
Book through our online booking system at any hour, or call +44 20 7131 3539 during opening hours. Availability of appointments cannot be guaranteed, so booking ahead is worth it.
What if I need to change my appointment?
Call +44 20 7131 3539 or email enquiries@faciemdermatology.com with at least 48 working hours’ notice to change, or 48 hours’ notice to cancel. Bookings made inside 48 hours are subject to the same terms.
What happens if I am running late?
Please ring ahead. If you are more than 15 minutes late you may not be seen that day, because it disrupts appointments for patients arriving on time.
Who do I contact with feedback or a complaint?
Email enquiries@faciemdermatology.com and mark the subject line Feedback, Compliment or Complaint. We respond within 48 hours, and complaints are investigated and reported back to you after 10 working days.
Can I ask about a skin problem by email?
Tell us in general terms what you would like seen, and we will book you the right appointment. Please keep medical details, results and photographs out of email — Dr Prasad will take your full history at the consultation.
